Project Presentation: 4/15
Presentation Delivery Visit the Project Presentation Schedule page and add your name to one of the available time slot tables along with your project title and the URL. I tried to accommodate as many different time-zones and work schedules as possible by providing four different times for you to choose from. If none of these will work for you, please contact me by email and I will with add another row or set up another time for us to meet.
We will begin in a meeting room that I create and will move from meeting room to meeting room as we progress through the presentations. To avoid delays, PLEASE make sure that your meeting is available to anybody with a URL and that it is open during your selected time slot. Nothing is perfect, and these meetings rarely go as expected so stay loose, flexible, adaptable, and above all try to have fun with it

Detailed instructions for this process are listed below:
- Visit the Project Presentation Schedule and choose a time slot for delivering your presentation. I've limited the number of each time slot to accept only 6 instances to keep the length of each session to a manageable level. You can add another slot to a table if needed keeping in mind that the number of presentations should be kept to a reasonable number.
- It will be helpful if you can plan a practice delivery of your lesson to work out any bugs prior to the final lesson delivery. Feel free to look for practice partners in the social forum.
- Keep your presentation delivery to a MAXIMUM of 10 minutes. Feel free to fill us in on the details we need to understand the context of your project with minimal visuals. For example, you can share your screen with us as you present or we can link externally to your site to view it while you present using a PowerPoint. Please avoid Prezi's and other nontraditional presentation formats - these types of files cannot be uploaded to Adobe Connect.
- Participants will be asked to use the rubric for the presentation to assess your project. We will NOT be assessing your presentation skills at this time
- Perform a technical check: if possible replicate the anticipated live session as closely as possible with the same number of participants, computer, internet connection and time of day. This will help you gauge how well your equipment and bandwidth are performing (bandwidth will be affected by the number and types of tools you use in your lesson as well as how many learners are participating in the session).
- Allow time for content preparation: If you need to upload content, add links or documents, do this in advance.
- Set up early: Have your layouts, pods, and any other tools prepared in advance.
- Set up a participant view: if possible set up an additional computer displaying the participant view of your session. This is very helpful!
- Bring a technical "to do" checklist: Include items that you need to do (e.g., assign participant rights to camera and video) and those items you will participants to do before you get started (e.g., audio checks).
